nice details, apart from a few dark areas... not a fan of the colour or lack of it.

Welcome to gfx!

Why the excitement Nale? Have you never seen a macro before.

It has a great angle!

The foreground flower (lower left) does not add anything to the composition or does it?

It looks a bit to dark in the dark zones and I agree that some color would not hurt.

Thanks for critique and the warm welcome people.

The low saturation is just a personal matter of taste,
I also agree that it would look good in colour I retouched
it in natrual colours first and that version is nice aswell,

I made my decision to change it drastically because
it's like this typical macro motive seen by everyone
10 times before so even if it do look nice it would
make it less interesting. Just a flippy theory I had while
working with it.

Awesome saturation, love it. I see some blown-rescued higlights - a bit distracting. Background flower should be cropped off.
Good photo and great first submission!

I love how the colours are dim and dark. I'm not sure why, maybe it's because it's out of the ordinary? I just know that it works well.
